The Saskatchewn Charolais Association is steeped in Charolais history with progressive breeders working together for the continued success of this great breed.
The Association has been serving Charolais Breeders in Saskatchewan since 1964.
The Saskatchewan Charolais Association board of directors work to promote Charolais cattle in the province to help achieve a strong membership. Our board is made up of a great group of breeders from all corners of Saskatchewan who donate their time working on various committees including Advertising, Promotion, Show & Sale and Youth.
The directors play a big role in running the Charolais events at the world re-known Canadian Western Agribition. Awards are provided annually to recognize our members and commercial producers alike. Our youth are our future and we endeavour to provide awards and experiences to our junior members, expanding their knowledge and love for Charolais cattle through industry events, local 4-H clubs and junior shows. We encourage input from members and welcome volunteers at our many activities, as well as inquiries about serving on the board. Please feel free to contact the office or a board member at any time.
